This product has always been a talked about product in the makeup groups and it is a holy grail for some and a hit or miss for others. Strolling around in the mall I came across the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Home Depot I could not resist buying it. I waited awhile before I tried it and I must say it is a very good product indeed. It stands up to its claim!
Instructions on using Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
It is stated on the bottle that to remove eye makeup you must hold a damp pad to the product over your eyes and gently wipe without rubbing harshly. As for me, I wouldn’t recommend that if you have sensitive eyes. I tried and it burned my eyes and they instantly became red. I immediately flush with water since I was standing over the sink. There is a warning on the bottle saying avoid getting in occurs. If it occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

For removing makeup
Using the Micellar Water to remove makeup will take 2-3 cotton pads for your overall face. If you have dry makeup remover towelettes you can damp them with the Micellar Water and proceed to remove makeup. The Micellar Water removed excess amount of makeup from my face, leaving a small unseen amount of residue and for a budget-friendly product, I would repurchase.
I did not experience any break-out while using this product and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
