Smith’s Minted Rose Lip Balm Review

Smith's Minted Rose Lip Balm

I bought this Smith’s Minted Rose Lip Balm specifically to be worn at night to heal my dry, thirsty cracked lips as I sleep and to be worn during the day. The texture of the balm is very soft as if it’s melting and it feels like Vaseline on the lips. The balm feels minty when first applied to the lips but it wears off in a minute. This lip balm is essential to soothe dry lips and it works overnight, you will wake up to a soft sheen lips instead of dry chapped lips. Smith’s Rose Lip Balm is very hydrating, it will last up to hours on your lips.

The Many Purposes of Smith’s Minted Rose Lip Balm

Smith’s Minted Rose Lip Balm can be used for many multi-purposes it can also be used on the skin to heal irritation and soothes the sting of minor burns. I have yet to try it for those purposes. I might find it useful someday to use on dry ashy elbows and knees.

What brought me to purchase this product was the good reviews that I read on Sephora’s website. I was initially looking for a lip balm that can soothe my lips during the night while I sleep. I was just tired of waking up to dry crack lips; exfoliating every time before I apply my favorite matte lipstick. Feeling the dryness under my lip and ending up with cracky lips whenever I apply lipstick.

The tin can be difficult to open but once you play around with it then you will get the hang of it. Just simply hold the bottom container and pull the lid until it’s completely off. By doing that you will have an easier access to getting the lid of the tin and using the product.
